Welcome to the Jungle

We started the week off with a versatile gold clutch post. Today we're going to look at another versatile summer shoe. The leopard flat sandal. Paint your toes, put the band aids away, and let's look at your new go to shoe.

Zappos, Sam Edelman Gigi, $64
We're starting with my favorite. I love this sandal. Give me a weekend outfit it does not work with. I dare you.

Sole Society, Lucky Brand Abbee, $68
A mary jane d'orsay leopard flat. How many trends are we working here? Too many to care because you're going to look awesome.

How beachy and fantastic are these espadrille leopard flats?

Nordstrom, B.P. Kastoria Flat Sandal, $69
This is how you mix in leopard. Wear this sandal with navy, black, brown, orange, I can go on...

So splurge on one last sandal purchase this summer. Leopard is going to be the best cost per wear option.

Feelin' Hot Hot Hot

We haven't done a nail polish inspired post in forever. And today I'm feeling pink. Hot pink. OPI Feelin' Hot Hot Hot pink.

OPI, $9

This dress is a canvas. Wear it simple with these heels or have fun with some accessories.

Simplicity. Like a tall drink of pink water.

Ok F21, I see you stepping up your game. Love this, especially the neckline and sleeve.

Shop Ruche, Sending My Love Lace dress, $44
The mix of soft lace with a skater style cut is perfect in this hot pink.

How about this pink? Not quite highlighter but certainly not blush. Work it.

Birds of a Feather

For some reason last week's fish post was a big hit. I'm thrilled.  I thought we would do something similar today and take flight. Let's look at some winged jewelry.

This is a dramatic yet delicate piece that I would pair with white lace.

Kate Spade, For the Birds Toucan Bangle, $88 $62
How about this bangle for a colorful arm party with a maxi dress. And it's on sale.

Dorothy Perkins, Cut-out bird pendant, $11
This pendant looks glittery but it's actually the way the silver is layered. Perfect for jeans and a tee.

Not feeling the Kate Spade price tag? How about a five buck price point for this colorful necklace?

I love mixing in fun and unexpected pieces into my jewelry rotation. Fish, birds, flowers, have some fun with it.
