Friday Foodday

Happy Friday! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Here are my favorite recipes this week.

Asian Chicken Pizza
c/o Stephanie Cooks
Ingredients
Pizza dough
5 ounces of chicken, chopped into small pieces
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (less or more depending on how hot you want it)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar OR apple cider vinegar
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
Directions
1- Preheat the oven to 450.
2- Combine the red pepper flakes, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Stir well, set aside.
3- In a small skillet cook the chicken. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Heat over medium heat until it thickens and becomes syrup like, about 10 minutes. Add the chicken, toss well.
5- Form the dough. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, rubbing to coat the dough.
6- Top with the chicken/glaze mixture. Make sure it's evenly coating the dough.
7- Top with the cheese and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
8- Bake 10-12 minutes. Top with green onion. Serve hot.

Short Stack

Hey lovebugs,
It seems to me that everyone is about the arm party lately. Arm parties are great, you can stack and layer colors and metals all day long, but today, we're going to look at something different. The stackable ring. You can mix and match or buy a set. Let's look at some great sets.

Charlotte Russe, Stacked Fireball Ring Set, $6
This does not look like $6. Great mix of blush and gold.

Forever 21, Twisted Heart Ring Set, $3
Oh so simple and yet sweet as can be.

BaubleBar, Tangelo Twist Ring Trio, $28

Modcloth, Triple Scoop Rings, $12
Great name for these rings because they remind me of ice cream! Great details.

There you have it, some very affordable options for a ring party.

Reader Request: Peeps!

Even though it's sandal season, peep toe shoes are still a perfect option for the warm weather. One of our readers wants to know what peeps I'm digging right now.

A great nautical inspired espadrille that is great for bright shorts or a white dress.

I mean, how freaking adorable are these? The sweet floral laser cut is so perfect for summer.

Anthropologie, Lonoke Peep Toes, $79
A great print mixed with some leather cutouts is just perfect for some chambray this summer.

Nordstrom, Melikey Sandal, $53
A nice easy to walk in peep with some pop.

I love a good peep toe, but please, please, I beg of you, make sure your toes are clean and/or painted before you put them on. They're called peep because your toes are peeping out. Give them some love.
