Cobalt

Cobalt is a hugely popular color for winter. It's fabulous because it's so saturated and rich looking. It's a nice break from navy.

This reminds me of something very chic and mod.

Mad men beautiful, I'd pair it with a silky tie blouse.

Nordstrom, Olivia Moon Knit Blazer, $88
I really like the cropped sleeves and single button on this jacket. It makes for an easy fit.

This dress is soft and whimsical. I think it would be super chic with some bling.

I really love cobalt for winter. I think it's a stand out color that brings out anyone's eyes.

Rose Gold

Rose gold has been a big trend this season, watches, necklaces, and I think the popularity will only continue. Here are some of my favorite items.

House of Harlow, Long Arrow Ring, $65
So simple and chic. I love this for dark wash jeans and a plaid flannel.

Just yes, this is perfect for layering.

Tina Turk, Brick Stud Earrings, $50
Simple, easy, matches everything.

Michael Kors, Bucket Bracelet Bangle, $85
This is masculine but with a classic and timeless edge. Great with a suit.

What are some of your favorite rose gold jewelry items?

Textured Jackets

Hey there lovebugs,
How was your weekend? I took the day off on Friday because my mom was in town and we had a great day and even did a little shopping in Georgetown at Madewell, Loft, and Brooks Brothers.

Today I thought we'd look at some textured jackets. Since it's blazer season, sometimes the plain or even cuffed look can get tired. Here are some new items to spruce up the look!

This jacket would be perfect over a party dress for the holidays.

Anthropologie, Fouettes Bolero, $88
I really like gauzy look this has and the hook and eye closure is just enough.

I love this jacket. Bracelet sleeves, open front, just love it.

Urban Outfitters, Cooperative Sequin Jacket, $89
This just screams holiday party. Pair it with velvet heels and you're to go.

Blazers will always work with a party dress but why not try something a little flashier?

Be fabulous today!
