Baby you're a doll

One style that isn't going out anytime soon is the baby doll dress.  It is simple, girly, and always wearable.  One caution with this type of dress- because the top is so fitted, make sure to buy your correct size.  You don't want the girls looking suffocated.  Go up a size if needed and have the waist lined taken in.

Urban Outfitters, Sparkle and fade colorblock dress, $50
Color blocking with cobalt and teal is gorgeous.  Add the babydoll style and it's perfect for summer.

Steve Madden, Rain drop scoopneck dress, $41
I like the thicker straps on this dress and the pleated skirt.  But please turn around and make sure you're now giving a free show before buying this dress!

The chiffon is so airy on this piece.  A true sweetheart neckline is very feminine as well.

There is nothing jaw dropping about this dress but for me, it's the perfect Saturday throw on.  Capped sleeves, scoop neck, and I can add whatever jewelry and shoes I want to it.

I like the babydoll dress because its easy and usually doesn't need a lot of extra primping.  What do you think?

Graphic Heels

Happy Wednesday lovebugs!

Today let's have some fun with heels.  Playing with texture is easy, leather, suede, etc but what about pattern?  Let's look at some great graphic heels!

Nine West, Ambitious, $69
How great are these with a rounded toe? Perfect with a pencil skirt.

Roxy, Malibu, $44
I love these wedges because they work with any color for summer.  Pair with shorts, a dress, jeans, whatever.

Matisse, Paloma Black, $65
Feeling brave? These show stoppers would go with any LBD!!!!

Anne Klein, Pipa, $69
I love these dainty kitten heels.  Fabulous color palette and great attention to detail.  Note the ribbon knot on the back.

Forever 21, floral espadrille, $23
Remember the white lace post yesterday? Pair these beauties with any of them!

So remember when looking for shoes don't just look for color, look for prints! A great way to spice up your feet and add interest to an outfit.

Be fabulous today!

White Lace

White lace is everywhere this season.  It's a fantastic staple to add to your spring and summer wardrobe.  The details are always feminine and you can match it with anything.

Piperlime, Ya-da white lace top, $68
I love this because it's not the typical lace pattern.  Kind of funky and preppy.

Urban Outfitters, pins and needles dress, $79
How sweet is this little dress? The perfect summer dress for any occasion.

Forever 21, cropped lace cardigan, $19.80
I really like this cardi for over spaghetti strap dresses this summer.

Limited, Eyelet skirt, $70
The ribbon waist gives this so much class.  Just a great piece.

modcloth, galleria gal dress, $55
I like the thicker straps and the tiered skirt.  It is so elegant.

Remember to have fun with your shoes and accessories when wearing white.  Pair the modlcoth dress with teal sandals.  Add a chunky necklace to a white lace shrug.  Try to make the lace more interesting by matching or contrasting it.
