Let's Have A Romp

OK lovebugs, I've got a treat today. Rompers under $50. These sassy one pieces are weekend ready and under budget.

A punchy yellow with playful poms on the edge of an asymmetrical detail.

Nordstrom Rack, Adelyn Rae Plated Romper, $34
I really love this romper for a casual wedding. Check out the open back.

Forever 21, Pleated Floral Romper, $22
Gotta love the price on this one. I like the wide flutter leg as well.

JCPenny, a.n.a Romper, $29
Chambray anyone? I'd swap out the belt for something with more contrast.

If you haven't gotten on the romper train, these affordable options might be worth a try!

Flat Out Affordable

Happy Monday lovebugs,
I hope you had a great weekend. Some great summer sales going on right now. I did some damage on the Old Navy Active sale  and today I thought we would look at some prices that go along with the sale trend. A few weeks ago we had some fun with summer espadrilles. Today let's raise the bar and look at flat espadrilles UNDER $50.

A little chambray on a shoe! I love the quiet anchor print.

Urban Outfitters, Soludos Canvas Espadrille Sandal, $48
These remind me of ballet slippers. So feminine and airy.

LOVE these. Comfort, style, summer.

Love the perforated trend in the summer not only for looks but also utility. These also come in five other colors.

Espadrilles are certainly a one or two season shoe, so they shouldn't break the bank. These walkable flats are perfect for summer and easy on the wallet.

Three Little Words

Hey there lovebugs,
Today we're getting really specific. I'm giving you an item that is going to be your go to this summer option for three reasons: its a classic shape, it's a print, and it's under $50. Today we're looking at printed shift dresses under $50.

I'm starting with my favorite. I love the color contrast and the size of this allover print.

Nordstrom, Carlson Woven Shift Dress, $34
Gotta love a simple stripe. Add a belt if you want to.

Just buy this dress. Pockets, short sleeves, florals, come on.

OK, maybe I'm ending with my favorite. I love this heart print with the detail in the long sleeves.

A simple post that packs a punch but favors the wallet. I hope these options help your summer dress wardrobe.

Don't Max Out My Card

Hey there lovebugs,
At this point in life, the question is who doesn't own a maxi? The maxi dress is the perfect go to for the warmer months. I for one, was late on the trend but now I have a handful in my closet and couldn't be happier about it. Today let's take a look at some maxis under $50. That's right, maxi dress, mini price.

Macy's, Bar III Printed Maxi, $49
A beautiful geometric all over print that is breezy and boho.

A beautiful sunny print with an empire waist and sweetheart neckline. The dress screams summer.

Old Navy, Women's Tulip Hem Maxi, $39
This maxi offers the ultimate canvas to do whatever you want with it. Add some big statement earrings or a long tassel belt, or contrast the pink with an unexpected colored sandal.

JCPenny, Stripe Tank Maxi Dress, $34
Staying on the black and white trend with this option. It has an understated elastic waist to help define the hourglass.

Maxi dresses do not need to blow your budget. Look for machine washable fabrics and colors and patterns that you can add your own flair to.

A Plus Student

You know what's great about dresses? Everything. I know that doesn't really narrow anything down for you, so I'm going to. Today we're looking at printed a-line dresses under....wait for it...$50. Yep. Simple, sweet, and cheap.

Dorothy Perkins, Damask Printed Dress, $44
The print on this dress makes it so classy and elegant, I might add a red of gold skinny belt.

Modcloth, Interior Designer Dress, $47
We all know I'm a sucker for dots and this springy hue is right up my alley.

Well we all know and love Target and its collaborations, and this dress is one of the more tame ones from Prabal.

Forever 21, Tribal Print A-Line Dress, $24
I'm not always a fan of the tribal print but the colors in this dress are so light and airy.

Ok, did I deliver? A lines under $50. Guaranteed to flatter just about any shape.
