Gift Guide: The Tough One

Today's gift guide is for the one who has everything. He/she may not be the fashionista, the mixologist, or the food lover, but you have to get them something. Let's see what out-of-the-box gifts we can find.

1. Fondue Mug: A perfect cold Saturday night in. Melt some chocolate, get some marshmallows and call it a night.
2. Hippo Wall Mount: I may be a bit biased because my alma mater has a thing for hippos, but I think any guy or gal would like this friendly addition in their home.
3. Interactive Speaker: Put your phone on top of this speaker and enjoy some rocking around the Christmas tree. No wires required.
4. Craftsy: Buy an online class for a friend who wants to learn how to sew, bake, make, and more. She/he can watch on their own time and create something truly unique!

Arm Candy for Mom

Hi there lovebugs,
Happy Monday to you. I hope you had a great weekend. Can you believe it will be May this week? Wild. You know what happens in May? Mother's Day. Have you gotten your mom anything yet? I've got you covered.

This gift guide is all about bracelets. They're easy, you can find one in any style, and there's no size to worry about.

How mom-tastic are these bangles? Get one for her first or last name.

Design Darling, Tortoise Shell Bangles, $30
Simple and easy to wear to work or with jeans.

How about something that won't break that budget?

I love this pop or coral in an otherwise heavy looking linked bracelet.

Bracelets are a simple but special way to show mom she rocks. What are you getting to show your mom your love this year?

Foodie Friend

Instead of Friday Foodday, today's gift guide is for your foodie friend. The girl who enjoys a baking, sautéing, eating, you get the drift.

Anthropolgie, Poppy Ring Rolling Pin, $18
Anthro has a ton of beautiful kitchen and home gifts for sale, I especially love this item because she will think of you every time she uses it.

This is a grown up shaker. Williams Sonoma does not mess around and I bet they have some kick ass gift wrapping too.

My favorite art about this seller's cutting boards is the tiny heart cutout. It's simple but special.

What a sweet kitchen set for a girl in her first apartment. I love that the handles are all lime green as stems.

What are you getting for the foodie in your life? Entertaining items, bakeware, food?

Thanks for helping with this week's gift guides! If you have more questions, you can always email me!

The Furry Friend

I'm just loving these gift guides. I think giving is so much better than receiving, especially you get to know someone better by shopping for them. Today's guide is for your friend who has a pooch. Not a muffin top, a dog. Jeeze guys. We're passed the food bowl and leash stage and you want to get her something she'll love.

Choose from dozens of breeds, this is a great gift for the home.

Etsy, Dog Bow Tie, $30
Sassy pup? Try a bow tie collar!

This Etsy seller has more than 200 prints! I love this affordable print combined with a great frame.

Etsy, Dog iPhone Case, $18
Adorable, retro and perfect for the best friend in your life.

As a dog owner, I would love any of these gifts and I hope your friends and family would too!

So You Got the Dude

Hello lovebugs,
It's that time of year for bloggers, gift guides. I've taken your suggestions and I hope I deliver this week. Today's request is from a very loyal and lovely reader who pulled her 31 year old male coworker in the office Secret Santa pot. Bummer. Now this is all I know about the gentleman so I'm going to give a variety of options, oh and the catch? Her limit is $25.

Uncommon Green, Maps Rocks Glasses, $25
The bf got these for Christmas this year (yes, I opened the box by mistake with him there) and I think it's a great gift. You can also choose from a dozen other cities!

Uncommon Goods, Man Candles, $15
Is this dude in touch with his feelings but in a manly way? How about a candle that smells like pizza, dirt, or sawdust?

Fred Flare, Where I've Been Scratch Map, $22
Check out this great addition to your cubicle! Impress your coworkers with your travels with this scratch off world map!

Is he a married Mr. Coworker? Then impress him and his wife with this adorable coffee mug set.

$25 is totally doable if you look hard enough. Think outside the box and look for trinkets that go with his personality.
